    蛋系列之二 飘香茶叶蛋

     

    材料:茶叶(可以是茉莉花茶,如果不喜欢看到茶叶可以用茶包,最好红茶):鸡蛋:八角:桂叶:花椒:桔皮:大葱段:盐:老抽

    制做:鸡蛋冲洗干净,既然做一次就多做一些,十二颗鸡蛋以上,冷水满过鸡蛋,放入材料,盐三勺,八角两颗,桂叶两片,花椒一小把

    老抽四勺或者过年多些,茶叶多放些,盖锅煮十分钟开锅,别急还没好呢,用两只勺把鸡蛋一个一个轻敲破皮,四面八方的敲

    然后盖锅煮五分钟,搅动一下开锅煮至露出鸡蛋,如果不好把握的话估计再煮的时间是15分钟吧,煮的时间长进的味道多。

    煮好的蛋盛在大盆里,连烫料一起泡着,茶叶蛋就好了。冬天不需要进冰箱。
